La Calavera del Pulpo

My contribution to a Halloween/Dia de los Muertos show. Just because an octopus doesn't have a skull, doesn't mean he can't celebrate too.

(This print has no fewer than four metallic and/or gloss screens involved and is therefore impossible to represent properly in a photo. It looks so much better in person. I swear.)

An Octophant is a mythical chimera of cephalopod and pachyderm derivation. Never seen by a living human soul; only alluded to in the most obscure and off-key songs of the narwhals.
